East Indiana Trading Company LLC · Indiana, USA

From File, to Finished Part, to Your Doorstep.

We manufacture FDM parts in engineering-grade and carbon-fiber-reinforced materials. Every job is quoted plainly, reviewed for manufacturability, built to a locked print profile, inspected, and shipped with its records.

Documented process

Every stage has a written standard, so the tenth part is built the way the first one was approved.

Material traceability

Filament lots are logged against each job, with sealed, dry storage for moisture-sensitive materials.

Inspected before packing

Critical features are checked against the drawing or model, and results travel with the job.

Quote-to-ship workflow

One request, one reference, a clear path from file upload to delivery confirmation.

Capabilities

What we build today, and what is coming

We are focused on doing one process thoroughly: production FDM. Additional processes are being brought on in the same disciplined way, and each will join the ledger only when it meets the same standard.

In production

FDM 3D Printing

Fused deposition modeling for functional, end-use parts and short production runs.

  • Standard and engineering thermoplastics
  • Carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon and PETG for stiff, lightweight parts
  • Locked print profiles per part for repeatable results
  • Design-for-manufacturability notes on every new part
  • Single prototypes through repeat production orders

Materials Ledger

Choosing the right filament

A general guide to the materials we run. Final selection depends on your part’s loads, temperatures and environment, and we will recommend during DFM review.

Ratings are relative comparisons between the materials listed, not guaranteed specifications. Properties vary by filament brand, print orientation and settings. Datasheet values for your chosen filament are available on request.

Quality

Checked, recorded, repeatable

Quality is a habit built into each stage, not a final glance. Here is what that looks like in practice.

  • 01

    Incoming material check

Filament is identified, lot-logged and stored sealed and dry before it reaches a printer.

  • 02

    First-part approval

New geometries are verified against the model before a full run continues.

  • 03

    In-process monitoring

Prints are watched for adhesion, layer consistency and surface defects.

  • 04

    Final inspection

Critical features, fit and finish are checked and the result is written to the job file.
